Our loan matching service, Lendiza.co.za does not set any commissions for using funds. The loan matching service operates transparently. We do not charge any commissions. Our service is free of charge to use.

Your financial institution sets the penalties for late payments in your contract. Lenders in South Africa set their own interest rates and penalties for late repayments.

It is important to note that all financial relationships are between you and your lender, not Lendiza.co.za. We are not a lender and never act as such. As a website, we only match borrowers and financial institutions by offering a selection of companies that provide cash loans up to R350000 for a period of four months.

The lender will determine its own policies regarding loan provision and payment. The user agrees to the terms remotely directly on the lender’s website. You may choose to accept or decline the terms offered in the loan terms. Your agreement details the loan amount, repayment period, daily interest rate, fees, and penalties.

Lendiza.co.za cannot access your loan agreements. If you have questions regarding your loan agreement or repayment, contact your lender directly through the means of communications detailed on their website.

The APR is the cost of borrowing a loan, expressed as a nominal annual interest rate. As Lendiza.co.za is a credit broker and not a lender, we cannot guarantee a particular annual percentage rate. Annual percentage rates typically range from 0% to 36%. Repayment periods for loan products usually range from four months to six months. Before accepting a lender’s offer through our system, please make sure to read through the loan agreement carefully, since interest rates and repayment terms may differ from those listed on this website.

Collection Procedure

Please contact the lender directly if you are having trouble repaying. They will be able to discuss payment options with you. The lender reserves the right to give your information to a third-party collection agency, should the situation remain unresolved.

Consequences of Nonpayment

Non-payment of your loan could have severe consequences. Each lender has its own policies regarding late payments and non-payments, which may include additional fees or charges, legal actions, and negative impact on your credit score. We encourage borrowers to understand their lender's policies and to make payments on time.

Renewal Policy

If you wish to renew or extend your current loan, please contact your lender as soon as you can before your payment date. Although some lenders may extend your loan with the same terms as the original loan, each lender has their own extension policy and may charge additional fees or interest. Sometimes, renewals may be processed automatically. Please consider the decision to extend your loan very carefully and seek independent financial advice if necessary.

However, if you cannot repay your loan on time, it's vital to contact your lender to discuss your options. Each lender has different policies and procedures for loan extensions and renewals. Please ensure that you fully understand your lender's policy on this matter before agreeing to the loan.
